The Details

Walking in the rain, my two little people and I noticed the changes in Market Square. We started looking at the empty restaurants, the closed stores, and talking about what it all meant. My nine year old asked “What happens to the restaurants, and who are they feeding?” My seven year old quipped “What about the firefighters?” And an idea was born!

We started talking and our plan came together! Our family would help the helpers by crowdfunding meals to feed first responders and help restaurants in our local community affected by the COVID19 shut down. We started off with one restaurant. PBK is now working in two cities and will be adding more locations in the near future.
